The tournament entrance fee is £45 per team or £80 for 2 teams from the same club entered together

TROPHIES FOR WINNERS & FINALISTS

All players to be under the relevant age as at 31st August 2021
I.e. Age Groups applicable are 2021/22 next season (No Exceptions)

Squad sizes……..5 a side (U7’s & U8’s) Max of 9 players in squad
7 a side (U9’s & U10’s) Max of 10 players in squad
6 a side (U11's) Max of 12 players in squad

Teams will be allocated into 6 team groups ONLY (max 24 teams per age group)

Applications are welcome from either all male, all female & mixed teams.

ALL GIRL TEAMS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER

STRICTLY NO ACADEMY &/or CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE PLAYERS are allowed in the Competition UNLESS WRITTEN CONSENT is provided under separate cover to the above Competition Organiser Gary Pennington at least 1 week before the Competition. Anyone found to be playing Academy or Centre of Excellence Players without written permission will be DISQUALIFIED from the Competition.

Please note that ALL AGE GROUPS WILL BE COMPETITIVE in our Competition

The Team players in the U7’s age group ONLY - will ALL receive individual Medals

The Winners & Runners up in the age groups U7’s to U11’s inclusive will EACH receive Individual Player Awards plus the Winners will receive a MAIN TROPHY.

(Note: your Club has a NEW ONE every season from 1st July 2021 – your Club Secretary will have it)
No team will be accepted without a current FA number to comply with insurance cover regulations

Please note that, unless specified by the applicant, Clubs that have more than 1 team entered in each age group will be allocated A & B designations.
2 teams from one Club in same Age Group will be allocated in a separate division

Competition Programs will be available on the day & on Entry.

Competition information (Rules, Group draw, Directions, Health and Safety etc) will be available for 2 weeks prior to the event.

The organisers decisions on ANY matter(s) are FINAL.

If the competition is cancelled totally because of inclement weather conditions, teams will be subject to a refund less overhead infrastructure cost deduction (trophies, grass cutting, marking out etc) incurred by Highfield in organising the competition.
If the competition is cancelled but re-scheduled and the new date is inconvenient to the competing team/club, then it will be at Highfield’s discretion if a full or part refund is granted. It will depend on the number of replacement teams being found in the intervening time period to the sum being fully / part re-paid.
No team refund will be considered by the organising committee if a team withdraws from the competition within 10 full days of the competition
