Reddish Vulcans Typhoon are the longest serving crop of the Vulcans teams. Despite success from many players leading to opportunities at professional clubs, we still have a number of players who have been on a 9 year journey with us.
The 2018/19 season promises to be an exciting and successful year for a talented group of players who love to play attacking and expansive football with an emphasis on controlling the game through possession.
The players are encouraged to be calm, composed and to play out from the back.
This ethos is reflected in the training sessions where we promote players to play in tight spaces with a relaxed manner as we believe players make better and more rational decisions whilst remaining calm on the ball.
When not on the ball, the tight-knit squad have excellent camaraderie and not only play for themselves but each other. A fantastic and talented group are a real asset to the Vulcans family.

Where we train
Our training base is at Burnage Rugby Club, Varley Park, Battersea Road, Heaton Norris, Stockport, SK4 3EA.
Training sessions are every Friday evening between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

We currently play at Priestnall School, Priestnall Road, Heaton Moor, Stockport, SK4 3HP
