A Memorable Evening to Remember: Reddish Vulcans JFC Shine at the 2026 Presentation Night

On a bright and lively evening in June 2026, the RVJFC family gathered in full force to celebrate another outstanding year at our annual Presentation Night — an event that once again proved why Reddish Vulcans, Junior Football’s Highest Flyers, continue to soar in strength, spirit, and success.

Held at Stockport County, the venue buzzed with excitement from the moment the doors opened. Players, coaches, families, and supporters filled the hall, sharing smiles, laughter, and the kind of camaraderie only football can create. Banners, balloons, and club colours framed the stage, ready to honour the unforgettable moments of the 2025–2026 season.

Kicking Off the Night

The evening began with a warm welcome from our very own Joe Makin, who spoke passionately about the club’s journey, its values, and the incredible people who make RVJFC what it is.

Celebrating Every Team

Each age group took to the stage for their moment in the spotlight. Managers and coaches reflected on their season’s highs, praised their squads, and shared stories that captured the heart of grassroots football. For many parents, seeing their children walk up to receive their awards was a proud and emotional moment.

There was no shortage of achievements to celebrate — not just the victories on the pitch, but the players, volunteers, and supporters who embodied the Vulcans Special Ethos. Special awards recognised those who made a real difference throughout the season, both on and off the field.

A standout highlight came from our Under‑8s, where coaches Damian and Arthur were crowned Managers of the Year after leading their team through an unbeaten season and securing a memorable Cup Final victory at the Tameside Stadium. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to developing young players set an inspiring example for the entire club.
